Hmm, just took my car in for an oil change at my usual mechanic, guy tries to tell me I need to flush my transmission fluid and to fill it with Dextron. According to the Michelin guide.

Uhm, not according to this TSB I have here. Inspection only after 100,000 miles and NOT compatible with Dextron.

I think I'm done using these guys, they've gone downhill since getting a new mechanic who's supposedly a "transmission specialist."

at work trying to be lazy as possible seeing as im kinda handicap for the next 2 or 3 wks since I have all these stitches in the back of my hand. thank god both of my hands normally work. getting dressed with hand and a half sucks.

Just got back from mechanic, said that their comps suggest using DEXTRON II, but the dipstick clearly says "Do not change." Bah.
