Hmmmm I went to the whip site and, with shipping, it was still cheaper than the original ebay link. I also emailed the dude that has the auction and he said that AFAHK, the pic is the actual item. Said that the pic was provided to him direct from Weapon-R. (I think he just drop ships them or something)

Garm...which would you be running, if you didn't have all that fandagled turbo exhaust nonsense? :p

The eBay link also says it's NOT road legal because it eliminates the cat.

From what i hear, our cat is very restrictive, How does eliminating cause problems? Mind i am not an environmentalist...

Hearsay. De-catting is a non-issue.

I'm laughing because this is the exact same product as the other thread you posted in. It's even the same ebay seller. The pic is incorrect. The actual pic is in that thread. One guy in there is running them. Read the thread, then PM him and ask if he's dyno'd. He did say that he loves it, an hadn't had any issues in two years.

The pic is what got me confused i wasnt able to view his link for some reason. Read the thread but the pics differ from whats on ebay. Thanks man im just making sure before theres any issues! Ive also read that de-cating actually makes you losse low end torque, but they advertise Higher Low-Mid- range power.. ???

Yarstar has this...PM him and ask for a dyno graph to show you curves. While you may indeed lose bottom end torque ( I can't directly comment, haven't dyno'd the weapon-r all by itself yet) there are other tunes and tweaks you can do to pick up the loss. BTW, you should take performance related stuff around here with a grain of salt, as few people actually research stuff before they comment.

Putting a header on your car does NOT delete a cat. What's up with that information?

I misread this question. While I ran the Megan for a year, it doesn't have a bracket for the heat shield. I think only the DC does (see pics above). The DC is simply the best one out there.

If you guys think you'll get a lot more hp out of a 4-2-1 design on a 100 hp car, let's see the proof first.

Red and my adventures are separate from this thread, just to clear out that confusion. These guys are all looking at the misrepresented picture thinking they are buying a long tube 4-2-1, and not realizing that it's just a shorty 4-2-1.

Its advertised as "NOT 50 state legal" because it deletes the cat, 2 pc not a shorty.

I just called Weapon R.

1. They don't make a long tube header.
2. The part number on the eBay ad matches the SHORT header that Weapon R makes. That's what you'll get if you order it.
3. They confirmed that the picture shown is not for the Yaris.

It's advertised as "not 50 state legal" because it's "not 50 state legal", regardless of the design, and regardless of whether a cat is deleted.

Check under your car. There is no flange between the two cats, nor is there an easy place to cut and weld because the O2 sensor is located there.
A long tube header will require a matching midpipe to fit and to bolt on.

Are we clear now?
