How will coilovers hold up over the winter?
I would love to do a coilover setup this summer, but have no desire to be switching them out for winter use. The roads are more salt than pavement in the winter, how will they hold up? I would imagine if anything is going to get messed up it's the height adjusters which I can't imagine using.

All you have to do is take care of them, just put anti seize or oil on them and protect them that way during the winter, no problem!

Thanks ToTo, that's what I was thinking. They may not look pretty, but as long as they work...

they'll be fine in the winter, the perches just might seize up if you want to change your ride height later

I love momentum.

I had a set of HR coilovers on my GTi that I didn't keep lubed and all of the threads eventually seized. Keep those threads clean and oiled!

Were you ever able to un-seize the threads? Other than that were they fine?

if you just coat them at the start of winter with a lube that'll stick, you should be ok
