Finally Own a Yaris! =)

Well...

This has been a very long time coming... For me.

Where to even start?

Well, I joined this forum a long time ago. But never really been on because... Well... I didn't actually have a Yaris... Lol. But I wanted one. =)

I was driving a 2001 Mercury Cougar! It looked cool, but I dubbed it "The Million Dollar Car" because I would put so much money into it!

My last repair on that car I spent $1,400 dollars... That's when I said "enough is enough! I need a better car!"

I new I wanted an Import. No more American cars! Not for me!

It was either going to be a Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi or VW. Well... Needless to say, the choice was easy. Toyota! Duh!!!!!!!!

So I went to test drive three diff Toyota Yaris Yesterday. An 08 liftback, 08 sedan, and 09 liftback.

Long story short, I bought the 09 liftback with 23K at 11,991. It's a 5 speed too! I always wanted a MT car, but always ended up buying auto! Anyways, they had a good financing deal going on. So I really wanted it... And face it... I needed it too.

I'm a college student, so I don't have much to spend. So the Toyota Yaris just seemed really practical and I always had an interest in it. Nice little car.

I don't have to hope this car will last me long, because I KNOW it will. =)

Anyways, I just wanted to express how happy I am.

Yesterday was the first day I drove it... I felt like a heavy weight had been lifted off my chest! I really was having a "good feeling." =)
