This is my oil report. I have 60,300 miles on my yaris and use 5w-30 castrol edge full synthetic. Figured some would like to see this. I went about 10,100 miles on the oil
Can a mod edit the title to oil report or something similar. I don't know what happened there

Nice report! I have a couple of questions/comments.
questions: 1. Is this FST (with Titanium) Edge or the original SM recipe? ( OOps, missed that Ti is 0 so this is the original, API SM Edge.) 2. What were you using for an air filter during this interval? Comments: The oil "sheared" to a 20wt, a product mostly of the fuel dilution. Blackstone uses a less sensitive "open cup" flash point to calculate fuel dilution so your oil contains much more fuel than shown here. (This is not a slam on the fine folks at Blackstone, it's just the nature of the method.) Using more precise methods such a gas chromatography (GC) I would bet you'd be showing between 1.5-2% fuel dilution. Wear metals look very good for the interval. I would not stretch the drain interval any longer. 10k mi, max so you have some headroom left. Good show for the Edge. I have the FST Edge in my car right now. I also have some of this SM rated Edge in my stash as well.

BTW, this is COMPLETELY off topic but do you have any pics/video/info to share on your D-Max because that is a pretty impressive quarter time there!

i would say regular oil go no less than 5 thousand miles. I work for columbus airport and we have extended our milage on our vehicles to 5 thousand and everything is still ok. That is with regular oil. I change my synthetic at 10,000 miles cause thats when i do tire rotation and everything. Just makes it easier for me to remember too.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRd3k7gQod4 im first truck in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTs9ok6BfhU I won this night http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUJV_JzuWHs This is the only drag racing footage i have of my truck. Im at 1:33 into the vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDdDbtXB8Vo That was many moons ago when i had a gt4088r turbo and a single injection pump. Since then i have added a second injection pump, nitrous, water/meth injection, and a S475 turbo. I made 3 passes this year before blowing it up. Best to date was the 11.93 pass. Im in the process of building a engine and I took the 4.56 gears out and installed the 3.73's back in. I hope to run at least one low 11 second pass by next fall
