made the fatal mistake of buying a "chrome" grill on ebay

I saw the chrome grill a member here (jpadua) was using on his yaris sedan. I loved it...decided to buy one. The only place they had what i perceived to be it...was on ebay. Well I just got the grill today and one of the clips were already broken fresh out of the box. It even feels like some cheap Chinese crap. Does anyone know where I can get a real chrome grill for the yaris? Thanks

I have those in stock, but they are plastic also. However, they will not come with a broken tab. They seem decent quality to me. I doubt you'd find a metal one, stock is plastic also.

You should be installing that with small screws or bolts/nuts.

I had one of those also, but I stripped off the chrome plating and had it painted body color to match. We ended up using glue to install it to the bumper since I didn't like the fit with just the tabs, screws or double sided tape.
You should be sure you like the look before using glue though since it's semi-permanent at that point.

BTW, mine was the authentic JDM Toyota accessory grill, paid over $200 for it and fittment still wasn't great.

If you could link me to that, I would be happy. I tried searching your site, but I only saw the mesh grill. and @xbr3akd0wnx, it doesn't look too bad.

I ended up supergluing the grill tab. and this is what came of it

Eh...overall not as pissed as I was. But Cali Yaris, I would still love that link thanks!
