would these fit?

They'll fit very well and look great. With 16x7, ET40 I would suggest 195/50/16's.

This should give you an idea. If I recall, these are Maximm wheels with 195/50/16's.

I had those same wheels, but 15x7. Some bastards stole a couple of them off the driver side, and left poor sideswipe(my vitz) on a speaker box. I got rid of the other two, and will eventually get the 16x7's. Good choice of wheels.

do have a pic of them when they used to be on yours?
and yeah that sucks! i have 3 different lock nuts on my rims
