New Konigs for 2007

My birthday is a month away and late April should be the prime time to yank the hubbies off in exchange for some rims. I'm always looking for a good deal, so I figured I'd check out Konig's catalog. I saw some wheels in there that haven't been posted here yet, so I figured what the hell... for those of you too lazy to go to their site, here's your thread.

Britelites

They weigh just more than the feathers. I think the red ones look sweet... immediately thought of you Walter.

Crosshairs

Further 5

Heatsink

Hotswap

Black w/ chrome spokes or mirrored w/ CF spokes.

I like the red ones a lot. However, I would change the silver\polished areas to black. I really think for your application a custom painting would be in order. A flat black base color and a polished\clear coated black for trim. That would give it that extra little pop effect to set it apart.

hrm, your car is Meteorite Metallic...I would say black rims with the gunmetal colored car, but, I am biased, my opinion on white/grey cars I think black w/ chrome is the only way to go. so, out of your choices, Hotswap w/ black and crome.

might also check to see if there are any retailers near you that sell MSR wheels, very affordable....got my 17s for only 100 per rim, of course though, they arent close to being as light as the Konigs, even though they are aluminum.

Hmmm. The weight for the Heatsinks is listed as N/A. I guess that's Konig-speak for "you don't want to know."
