yea well not long after getting them installed....cops started popping up everywhere. Just down the street where i got them installed a cop car was sitting and the cop was talking to someone (thank goodness.) Turns out the film made my lights shine like a 10,000K HID would shine..........super duper blue. Having seen that and seeing cops popping up like no tomorrow (i don't even know why they were running around last night cuz damn....i saw so many) I just ripped them off.
Pretty stupid eh? O well. Can I say that I did something first on the forum? hehe.

Sorry but I didn't get a chance to take night time pictures but here are some closer shots of the film on my headlights.
Not to mention that the first headlight took the guy 2 hours to complete and the second headlight about 45minutes. Total cost = $65 for the installation

$65 for a tad bit of coolness and hella people staring at my car haha. I still have one roll of 24x24inch "optic blue headlight film" lying in my trunk. and after seeing how much of a PITA the film overlaying is I don't want to go through with the tail light smoking.

Well thanks to you I won't be trying any of this stuff, I'll keep stock until some decent aftermarket selection comes out as far as headlights go

I don't mind selling them when i get my hands on them JDM headlight housings haha but I'll have the shop re-film the stock headlights and make it look even better. if you were to move your finger across the edges you'd notice that there are a lot of wrinkles left over so I'd rather have them re-film them before I sell them to someone.

well shit, I would be happy with a 2nd set of stock lamps that I could use for daily driving, since I have already cracked mine open
