Obviously cops don't get shot in this kid's neck of the woods. I've heard of cops power tripping but nothing like this.
I've seen cops noticeably sy in relief when they notice a car-seat in the back when I get pulled over. It's like they know they aren't going to get into shit because of a car seat.
