To sum it up, through the winter, I dealt with it cause the smell diminished. Now that the summer months are starting to come up and it's getting very warm and humid, the smell returned.
I switched to Progressive Insurance on May 1st. They agreed to cover the cost and I just had to pay my $150 deductible. The bottom cushion replacement with labor came to around $420. They helped me out a lot and I am very grateful for them!
So thankfully, my pretty Yaris no longer smells of CAT PEE!!!

I'm shocked that an insurance company would cover this though especially since it happened long before you signed up with them. Weird. And also the nature of the "damage". Didn't think insurance covered things like this.
