The 1nz versus the 2nz isn't like the DSM 4G6-series engines where they had a variety of bores AND strokes (1.6, 2.0, and 2.4 blocks were all mix-and-match, crank adjusted it by 0.3, block/pistons by 0.1 per step) so mix-and-match cranks had a use to avoid dealing with re-boring a block.
The Yaris blocks? Eh, just get a complete crate used engine to change between the two, you're only adjusting the stroke and the bore's the same between the two.
