My headlights have those, but I didnt connect them when the OEM HID swap was done.
its like the dimmer for the lights on your dash. the motor is where the up/down adjustment is. no clue about the wiring. I cant imagine it being complicated. (up, down, +, -[shared?]) or (+up, -, +down, then interior with the same with extra pin for illumination)  edit: 84152-52080 is the leveling adjustment in the interior. It goes right next to the side mirror adjustment switch.
