KSIbucky fixed it with 2 new fuses but he does not mention which 2 fuses

I tried boosting and nada.So battery is fine.
Bridged the clutch safety switch and no go.
Anyone have any ideas on what fuses KSIbucky was referring to?
Everything else works,wipers,mirrors,domes,radio,indicators,headli ghts,rear wiper/washer etc. |
Is it a manual? If so, maybe try bump starting it. That should let you know of it's the starter or not.
