Well i used to own a 2001 celica GT with a 1zz so i spent some time on celica forums.
all i can say is GOOD LUCK on reaching 270HP with a 2zz. I would say a 220HP max hp. Then you need to start thinking about the transmission. The 2zz transmissions are weak. if you really want a fun 270hp from a any ZZ motor i would go with a mr2 2zz swap or 1zz turbo or a Lotus elise and even then 270 is tons of HP for such light cars. a lotus would be nice. you would probably spend the same amount of money on a yaris+2zz swap. |
