It all depends on what region you live in. And also, once a dealer sells the 08's it has on their lot, the sale is over since they will not be getting anymore. For example, my local dealer has 1 08 Sedan left. The sale is over once they sell it or 12/1/09. Which ever comes first. So if your dealer didnt have any 08's when the 0% sale was released, it wouldnt apply to your dealer.
