Winscreen fuse has blown twice

Hi, I have a 54 reg toyota yaris. To start with my windscreen wipers worked, my back windscreen wash worked and the front wash didnt. I kept on trying the front windscreen wash and after this neither the front and back windscreen wipers or wash would work.

I replaced the fuse and the new fuse worked for a couple of seconds and then blew. I have my car booked into a garage tomorrow but is there anything else I can try as it is supossed to rain tomorrow when my car is going in and therefore I may have to phone my breakdown company to tow me there. The garage is 15 miles away.
