HB is M/T and SD is A/T the dash for the SD is for A/T cuase it has the gear indicator but if you don't mind the indicator you can use the manual one without the indicator thats what I had before and it was USDM. One more thing both of my cars don't have CC, ABS nor TPMS

Don't know but both my clusters are CDM
