just got home from work.. unusually busy with stupid claims.. nothing interesting today really.. except a man yelled at his wife for getting into a second accident.. this one both cars were backing, i told him to give her a hug cuz theres no yelling at xmas time.. she cried through the whole 15 min call.. not like little cry, like 5 year old crying so hard cant breathe kinda cry.. he had that kinda voice where i knew he would be a mean yeller and make anyone cry...

oh yea, and i took a claim from mr bean.. he rear ended someone.. lol
