Yes, I have worn the Holter Monitor for 24 hours. Thats how they were able to see what exactly is happening. My heart pauses for several seconds, hence the "sinking" feeling. Then once it receives the electrical pulse, it just kicks back on again and thats the "thump" I feel.
-EDIT- Everyones heart does actually pause at times, its just mine is for way too long. |
