To answer Tamago's question: Yes, a couple of mm's makes a significant difference on these cars.

You are correct, but all of which you have posted is really dependant on the wheel width, which you have not listed.

Also, OEM 16's don't exist, 15's or 17's only. What is the width of the +51 offset OEM wheel? I'm guessing 5.5 or 6 inches for the 15's and 6.5 for the 17's???
