'07 to '12:2 wipers to 1?

why is scion all the way down there?
my only other concern about this is what categorizes a "problem". most people surveyed might list a blown fuse or windshield wiper blade going bad as a "problem". which I can see as a problem with the new sebring/avenger third brake light on every single car....
