When checking out taillights for my lb at the beginning of February, I found a listing at toyota-parts.com that listed them as regular price $99 and sale price as $252. I sent them a message through their site asking if the prices were backwards and got an email back stating and I quote "YOU WILL BE PAYING THE CHEAPER PRICE" I responded to the email asking how to get them for that price since the site was still wrong. They didn't respond. Well today I decided to check if they fixed the problem, and I could buy them. The sale price is now $252 and the $99 is no where in sight. Well I saw a live chat option and was told by the chat operator that the part number was changed and they hand no more of that part in stock. She said that the best they could do is sell it at cost which was like $218 and ship it for free. I said no thanks, and told her that I would tell you guys about my experiences. I think it's
BS to tell me one price and then change it, after THEY never responded to my interest... I would suggest no one buy from them if this is how they treat the customer...
