so much for training today.. once again at 10:15am, friggin lady comes down & drags us up to the floor "because we are really busy and need help" in the 7 hrs i was up there, i took 5 claims.. normally i take at least twice that on a regular day.. when we went to the manager(our supervisors supervisor)... to address this situation.. he told us to..... DEAL WITH IT! we were forced into taking this 3 month long complex class on insurance services.. its only been 2 weeks of class so far & we have now been forced to go back on the floor for 3 days and it was slow!

and my purse has started to fall apart( i swear i buy a new one every 3 months) so i went to nordstrom rack and got a more designer purse and new wallet... wont even go to the amount spent.. but its huge as hell!
