Now that my old fat dog stays home I went with a neighbor and his friends who are training for Colorado Ride the Rockies. http://www.ridetherockies.com/ A 380 mile 6 day bike ride through scenic Colorado. 3 passes that are 8,755ft, 11,312ft, and 12,095ft are on the route.

These guys are animals. Calf's as big as my thighs and rear sprockets the size of corn cobs. I spent most of the 70 mile ride drafting in the rear. I did take the front spot twice for a total of a 1/2 mile. After all unless you are the lead dog the view never changes. What amazes me is the speed in which they climb hills. If it wasn't for a flat tire I would have spent the last half of the ride solo. I was invited next week for their 100 mile training ride. I think that they need some one to laugh at.
