What I thought I'd do was

I figured it out for the sedan.
Open the trunk and remove the 2 rubber plug things that hold the cloth cover to the inside of the trunk lid. Pull down on that slightly so that you can see the 2 wires that go to the bulbs for the lag lights. Twist, but not too hard, and it should move about 1/4" or so. If it seems to be taking a lot of force twist it the other way. Once it moves the 1/4" or so it should just fall free, then you can disconnect the bulb housing deal from the wire and pull the bulb from the housing. It took considerable force to get the bulbs out for mine. Then you can put the new bulbs in and you are good to go! I'll take pictures of mine tonight when it gets dark :) |
