relaxing after a VERY long day.. between crazy at work and crazy trying to get home.. omg...

nothing but problem files on my desk.. then i leave to head home & the water is up to the curb outside the work driveway.. i say a hail mary i make it across the puddle.. travel like 10 blocks just to get gas cuz i didnt want to get stuck on the 405 in a torrential downpour AND out of gas.. took me twice as long to get home as normal.. got home at 7pm.. less than 10 mph for 15 miles, several accidents and fwy cut from 5 to 2 lanes due to flooding.. once i hit the long beach airport.. all was fine, went 80 rest of way.. glad to be home, relaxing in bed..
