FML!! I don't even...

Ok, I just got my new Konig feathers and was installing them on my car using the OEM jack, and while doing the last tire, front driver side, the jack slid off and my car was resting on the brake rotors.. i paniced but with some quick thinking i safely got it back up with some help and placed the wheel on. looks like the rotor shield is bent up, but i bent it back in place. took it out for a test drive and seems like nothing is wrong with it, but im gonna take it to the dealer for inspection just in case.
im guessing the jack slid off because i was being an idiot and only chocked the rear wheels and not the front as well + was in the dirt.. the jack was stuck under the car and i had to lift it up to get it lol.. hard lesson learned but im still worried.

cliffs -
changing on new tires
car fell off jack and rested on rotors + jack
