Yes everyones dyno experiences may differ that is no suprise. I do not need to research because I have seen enough to know that Dyno dynamics are a heartbreak dyno for sure. Its just more fun when we bring a 330whp time attack car and pass the same kind of car claiming 450whp (event last year). That stirs things up, and makes people realize that dyno #'s dont win races.

As far as your numbers, the Blitz supercharger platformis not a good way to compare dynos. That set-up is very inconsistant and is the main reason I sold it years ago. A 4pk belt pushing a roots type suprcharger is a bad design. More times than not the belts slips and boost drops before rev limiter. Depending on temperature the belt tension changes and has to be constantly monitored. If it is too loose it slips and you loose power, if it is too tight it binds and you loose power. I finally found a sticky belt and I started shearing crank pully pins. At the dragstrip I had to spray VHT on the belt to ensure full boost. The set-up is fine for street use but I was always fighting to keep consistent power at the dragstrip especially since I mostly bracket raced.

No need suggesting for me to do research, that is my job. A dyno sits 20 feet from me every day. I race, go meets, been to many other dynos and performance shops. I have a pretty good idea on what dynos read what.

On another note, I was able to place 3rd in Mod FWD in this past weekends Redline Time Attack. My friend and racing buddy Ken Fox placed 2nd in his 332whp tC running our turbo kit and fuel system (stock motor).

My car did amazing, only issue was hitting speed cut early down the main strait. That killed my time, I would have been easily at 140mph before braking zone.
