Hi I am selling a set of 4 205/55/15's Continetal ContiExtremeContacts. They are excellent Ultra High Performance all season tires, going for $388 plus shipping on Tirerack.com. Tires have only 4000 miles on them. These are excellent all season tires, makes you feel like your driving on rails on turns in the rain and the second best rated all season tire for snow by Tirerack. I had them on my Yaris, before I traded it in. Local pickup (or i could meet you have way) in the NY/NJ Metro, or Philly area only. I'll give you a killer deal, PM me an offer if your interested.
The best performing Ultra High Performance tire in all-weather conditions Excellent wet grip and resistance to hydroplaning Silica-based, high-grip tread compound Smooth ride, even at high speeds This new ultra-high performance all-season tire provides the optimum angle of attack resulting from Shark Fin bio-mechanics All-Weather Traction The ContiExtremeContact derives the excellent wet grip and resistance to hydroplaning from the same design as that of a shark fin. Sharks glide smoothly through water with minimum friction, and the ContiExtremeContact shark fin design allows for enhanced water evacuation. The fin of a shark is designed with rounded edges to allow for a smooth fluid flow, much like the wing of an airplane. The same design on the ContiExtremeContact's tread helps water flow faster out through the tread grooves. MicroContact - Summer Grip, Wet Handling and Snow The full-silica compound along with all-season Ultra High Performance tread pattern, allow the ContiExtremeContact to satisfy the most demanding auto enthusiasts all year round. The stability, wet & dry grip as well as snow & ice grip characteristics of the ContiExtremeContact are developed from the Tri-Net spider's web. The solution was a tread compound with three networks matched to the performance demands. The three networks of the Tri-Net are: Dry-Rigid Structural Threads - Strong network for handling stability Wet-Flexible Catching Threads - Flexible Network for wet and dry grip Snow-Gripping Cold Flexing Threads - Cold Temp Network for snow and ice grip Last edited by MrMondayNite; 09-14-2010 at 08:31 PM.
