sleey0 sorry I can't comment since I don't have a dedicated sub amp.
I use a 10" bazooka with a built-in 100watt (peak at best) and has L & R low level RCA inputs. I took the headunit's RL RR low level outputs as the signal going to the bazooka and I'm getting good bass. (see the wiring diagram below) I believe KAC has a similar setup (bazooka sub?) as well. -toy .
