problem with angel eyes headlights

i bought those headlights about a year ago and several leds ( the ones that are on the side are burned i tried replacing them with other led how ever i can't find led's as bright as the ones that where installed on the lamp does anybody have any idea where to get them also one of the angel eyes is not turning on |
