I can't help with the center caps as there are many that wiil either fit of not.
However, I can definately recomend trim rings. Most will recomnend ABS chrome rings and I agree. You need a ring with depth olf 1 3/4 inches. These are the exact same ones (same vendor, ships world wide) I got.
