Ok, ok, I guess I'll add to this also. Bought mine back in Sept. and been getting 35-38 mpg while driving 95% hiway at 75mph. What I have noticed now since we have the cold...I've been letting the car warm up for about 10-15 minutes before I leave to and from work and I've been getting crap for mileage. Don't know if it's the cold (this factor was mentioned here a few threads back) and/or letting the car idle for a short period of time. When I was down to the last two bars, my trip would be around 300 miles. Now, it's like 250! We'll see on my next fill up since I've been going 65 mph on the hiway for a test to see if there is a difference.
Oh, something else I noticed! The cold snaps we had last week with the 0 degree temps.......when I turned the key to "start" position and let the key go to fall back into "on" position, the starter was still trying to turn over for like 2-3 seconds longer as if the key was stuck in the "start" position. We are back in the 20 degree temps (for now) and it has not done it since. Just thought I would add that also. sambo42xa Southern, NH USA
