I to am very glad I have the rear wiper! I usually wait until I refuel to clean off the rear window which is usually about once a week (I drive a lot). Winter seems to be the worst time of year. I have a replica C-ONE spoiler and mudguards and although they can help, they don't help the rear very much.

Looking around at all the "dirty" rear ends of other vehicles its just body design. Most vans, wagons, "crossover", and hatchback vehicles are dirty, while most sedans, coups, and trucks are relatively clean. I've only owned two vehicles that stayed pretty clean on the back, a convertible and a sedan. The rest of my rigs have been vans, wagons, and hatchbacks. All the latter have needed more cleaning on the rear window(s) than the sedan or convertible.
