Toyota Yaris 1,0 S-Edition 2011

I'm looking to buy this car:

Toyota Yaris 1,0 S-Edition 2011

However, I want to change out the stock sound system with new speakers new HU etc. But this dash looks differently than the ones that are posted in this forum. Is it even possible to change the HU on this car?
