How much of a tire stretch is this ? no big deal ?
going to mount 185/60 R15 (7 inch tires)
on 7 inch rims --- the Michelin recommends 5.5-6.5 inch rims for this tire and this size. How much of a stretch is the extra 1/2 inch going to be ? I am thinking it is not going to be an issue whatsoever. Any opinions ? I know TireRack will not let you order a mount and balance tires/wheels on a combination that will be unsafe, and via the web they will spec the same 7inch rim size and tire combo for the Yaris and mount and balance them. So...I am thinking...not an issue... (I did get the actual wheels and tires from someone other than TireRack) |
