You will lose all of the wander on the highway.

I used to commute with my Yaris also and I hated the wander which made me feel less than safe at highway speeds, particulary when comparing it to my other car I had at the time which was a Celica.
However, after installing just a rear sway bar, the wander stopped and I then felt perfectly secue on the highway. It also made the car more fun to drive all around.

IMO, if one only does one mod, install a rear sway bar!

BTW, keep in mind that Toyota also sells a Yaris rear sway bar but, it's over priced compared to the one micro image sells and the quality is no different. The Toyota sway bar has a TRD label on it and we all know how a TRD label jacks up the price on anything!
