Wheel, tire, offset, and lowering spring advice.

I just bought some 15x7 wheels with a 42mm offset.
I decided to go with some 195/60/15's, and then had the bright idea to order the Megan Springs.

The reason for this post:
(I'll admit it now) I have no idea what I'm doing. haha I've been researching the forums relentlessly and thought I had it figured out, but I still have questions.
Will this set up rub? Will I have problems with install?

Also, will my wheels stick out or sit in too far with this offset? I want it to be fairly flush, or stick out to a minor degree.
