big difference going from my old 16" borbet type-c that were 19lbs to the 949's. made it a totally different car. even going from the 13lb kosei k1's i have also to the 949's or rpf-1's you can feel its more responsive. i dont feel any difference between the 949's or rpf1's they are almost the same weight and they put down identical lap times, 949 says they are 11.5 lbs but when i got mine i put them on a calibrated shipping scale and the lightest one was 9.4 and the heaviest one was 9.7 so they are almost the same as the rpf1's that range from 9.1 to 9.6
