Forget it, you waste your time and your money.
Japanese or Taiwanese mirror are same true but they aren't the same fit. I've do the same mistake to buy one on Jap e-shop. I have broke a mirror believed succed change original by new one. I fail and it's difficult to connect wires inside turn signal molding. Any spacer between them. Left Jap mirror Right Euro mirror  Mine mirror molding  Jap mirror molding
