Problem with DRL's and headlight's/parking lights

Vehicle - 2006 Yaris

Symptoms are as follows;

Start car, disengage parking break - DRL's do not come on.

Turn headlight switch to park light position - lights do not come on but headlight indicator on panel illuminates.

Turn switch further for headlights - the driver headlight comes on very dimly and front driver side park light turns on; no other lights come on.

Push lever forward for high beams - high beams and all parking lights turn on as per normal. This is how I have been driving for the past couple days.

I disconnected the DRL relay box and I still have the same symptoms as above.

Fuses seem to be fine although I may not have checked them all as they are labelled with limited descriptive acronyms.
