I gave 100% Acetone a try today on my rear bumper where I spilled some superglue months ago. It happened while I was busy covering the hole of my rear wiper that I removed. I was holding the plastic in place and it started raining hectic causing some drops to spill that I only saw the next day

The superglue stain was quite thick and I used quite a bit of force resulting in the paint chipping slightly but I can confirm that it definitely helped a ton getting the lighter stains off. I even used a flat head screwdriver and carefully chipped at the glue and it cracked off quite well.

With patience and a steady hand I'm sure the results could have been better but oh well, I think it looks better still.

The covered hole with the 2 stains below it on the bumper:
