I don't think I agree. There are ways to minimize blind spots by adjusting mirrors outward more than most typically do, but I don't think it can be fully eliminated. If I'm not mistaken, basic high school drivers ed teaches glancing over the shoulder.
I haven't taken any master courses, but I have been driving for 17 yrs. Curious what others think...
