Yes! I discovered that the VW Golf has nice little mouse apartment behind the strut towers. I was rustproofing the engine bay and discovered the abandoned digs. It was complete with bedding (fortunately not from my car), a peanut shell and other small trinkets. Rodent bastards must be banished!!!
