What are the very 1st performance mods for new rides which gives the most bang4buck?

1. fully synthetic oil (going for x-rev 5W30 next oil change)
2. lightened crank pulley
3. SRI
4. Full flowing exhaust
5. Lightweight alloys n Quality rubbers (mine are RM rims with Dunlop SP10, aiming for the Revspec RS-02, I hate tire/road noise )
6. Lower/Stiffer suspension (handling, stability, looks! )
7. Turbo kit (too costly for me )
8. NOS (only legal for track days, which my ride is not cut out for, whatever you put in it!)
9. Iridium/silver/copper spark plugs
10. Voltage stabilizers/grounding cables
