A/C causing hum with satellite radio -- solution?

I have the same problem when using my iPod through the AUX. No air = no buzz/beep. Air on = buzz/beep.

Let us know how that device works out.

I have used it since day one and have no more electrical interference noise!

I should be able to report back my results later tonight or tomorrow (assuming UPS leaves it at my apartment when I'm not home today).

Blacksan's posts have made me confident that this will fix the problem.

Stellar - are you also powering your iPod off the cigarette lighter? or are you using batteries?

The noise filter worked. It's also small enough to fit nicely into the slot next to the parking brake on an '07 liftback.

Yeah, I'm powering it through the cigarette lighter. I meant to try it without the power to see if it made any difference, but I haven't yet.

If that thing works, I'm going to buy one now.

Is the buzzing reduced, or completely eliminated?
