O.K. I caved. Is it the power of the mind or..? I re-installed my cold air set-up, slightly modified. I swear it's got more balls verses the stock system. Once again without dynoing it or doing some before and after timed runs, I can't say for sure. However going to an open air intake system almost always increases H.P.
