kaotic, a physician assistant (or P.A. as it's referred to) does pretty much everything that a doctor does. They can prescribe meds, check ups, etc. Probably not operate though hehe but my mom's friend specializes in employment and he tells me that there's a huge demand for it. A first year P.A. after gettin the certificate gets about 80k a year in NY
