My advice would be to search Japanese Vitz sites. You'll find dozens of Vitz with 18's that look outstanding. Make some contacts and find out all you need to know about proper 18" wheel widths, offsets, tire sizes, and staggering for the best fit and function. In Japan, wheel and tire application is a fine art, so go to the experts.
